Welcome! I’m Kerry Louise Schofield.

I’m a Technologist and Business/Marketing Analyst with a focus on Quality Assurance (QA). I specialize in helping teams and organizations bridge the gap between technical details and human understanding to achieve digital transformation.

At the core, I’m a Director of Storytelling. I also work as a Project Manager, Content Strategist, Technical Writer, Content Creator, and Copywriter. I enjoy turning complex ideas into clear narratives, and my goal is to create compelling content.

I streamline business processes, gather business requirements, write Agile user stories, create documentation, and develop user-centered content strategies. My goal is always the same: to make information work for people.

I’m English-American and my story crosses both sides of the Atlantic. As the daughter of a U.S. Air Force veteran, I grew up in the U.K. and the U.S. I spent my childhood in England, New York, Maine, Kansas, and Arkansas.

Later, I settled in Central Florida, just north of Tampa Bay. This blend of cultures and places has shaped my worldview and affected how I communicate. My approach is deliberate, inclusive, and meaningful.
