Old Hartley House now serves as historical museum
PALM HARBOR – Commuters drive by a piece of old Palm Harbor history everyday — the Hartley House at the northwest corner of Curlew and Belcher Roads. The historic home was built between 1914 and 1919 by Judge Thomas William Hartley at a time when citrus farming and saltwater fishing dominated the area.
